With a momentous year ahead, Chris Lake is officially rewriting the Coachella playbook. On April 10, the GRAMMY®-nominated producer and DJ is kicking off the summer’s most anticipated festival one day early, bringing Chris Lake to the Coachella campgrounds on the Thursday, before Weekend 1. A gift to fans made possible through Chris’s passion for the scene, this first-of-its-kind performance will not only set the agenda for the summer ahead but also offer fans an immersive preview of the next wave of hits with his prodigious return to Black Book Records.
Commenting on the announcement, Chris Lake says,
“This is something truly special for me. Being able to kick off Coachella with a first-of-its-kind performance just for campers is an opportunity that I simply couldn’t pass up. It’s a chance to set the tone for the weekend, share new music, and create something special together before the festival even begins. See you all in the desert on Thursday night!”
Beyond Coachella, April will also see Chris Lake joining forces with FISHER for a landmark Under Construction event in India for the very first time. The duo is set to light Mumbai ablaze with a back-to-back performance on April 20, taking their talents from Hollywood Boulevard to Bollywood Boulevard at the iconic Ballard Estate.
Riding the wave from these milestone performances, May will see Chris Lake head down under for a titillating run of shows in Australia. Fans will have the chance to see the house superstar at FISHER’s Out 2 Lunch on May 4, before making stops in both Melbourne and Sydney the following week..
The announcements only build on the success of Chris’s first original of the year, ‘Ease My Mind’ with Abel Balder. As the single cements itself as a dancefloor, radio, and playlist essential, the stage is officially set for Chris’s biggest year yet.
