SAN BERNARDINO, CA – The anticipation is building as ravers will reunite this September 16-17 for America’s longest running rave, Nocturnal Wonderland. The festival takes place each year at Glen Helen Regional Park in San Bernardino. We’ve broken down a definitive guide for everything you need to know before attending Nocturnal 2023.

Tickets, Camping and Hotels

Tickets are on sale now, but you’ll want to grab yours soon as they are 80% sold out as of late August. There are also hotel packages, tent camping packages, RV camping, and parking passes available. Regular festival passes do not include parking or camping, so you will need to purchase a parking pass if you are driving to the event.

You can skip the will-call line, which can take hours, if you order your tickets before September 1st . If you do so, you will receive your tickets in the mail.

Tickets can be purchased at https://www.nocturnalwonderland.com/

Getting There

Getting to the festival from Los Angeles is a short 1 hour drive, but with traffic it can take up to three hours. Getting there a day early can help you avoid traffic, and you will want to avoid driving during rush hour times.

The closest air port is the San Bernardino International Airport, which is only a 25 minute drive away. If you are flying in, that would be the easiest and closest option, although Los Angeles Airport is also an option.

You can navigate to the festival using google maps by entering the below address, however, there may be detours when you arrive. Follow signs and traffic officers to arrive to the right place.

The festival address is:

Glen Helen Regional Park

2555 Glen Helen Pkwy

San Bernardino, CA 92407

Festival hours:

Saturday, September 16 + Sunday, September 17, 2023

3pm – Midnight daily

Pre-Parties and Silent Disco

There is a camping pre-party on Friday, September 15th. You will need a camping pass to attend.

There is also a silent disco in the campgrounds, where DJs play late into the night after the main stages shut down and attendees wear wireless headphones.

Event Guidelines and What To Bring

Nocturnal Wonderland provides an extensive list on what is and isn’t allowed on the festival grounds. There is a list for camping here and list for general admission here. Make sure to bring a government issued ID (passport or driver’s license). The event is 18+ and 21+ to drink.

Set Times, Map, Insomniac App

Set times and festival maps will be released in the days leading up to the festival, on the Nocturnal facebook page, on their website and the Insomniac app. We will also update this article to show the map when it is released.

Weather

The event will occur rain or shine, but weather can be unpredictable so make sure to check weather for Glen Helen Regional Park in the days leading up to the event and be prepared. Days can be hot, generally 90s but can get hotter, and nights cool down a lot, dropping sometimes into the 50s in September. Bring plenty of removeable layers, a hat, sunscreen, and sunglasses. Make sure to pack warm bedding and shade structures if you are camping.
